Verizon To Release LG Cosmos 2

Verizon will launch the LG Cosmos 2 on July 14, 2011. In case you didn’t know, the handset comes jam packed with a 1.3-megapixel camera, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), a music player, Bluetooth 2.1+ EDR (Enhanced Data Rate) and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Verizon Wireless sells LG Cosmos 2 for $29.99 after a $50 mail in rebate with a new two-year customer agreement.
O2 UK Releases LG Optimus Chat C550 Android smartphone

The LG Optimus Chat C550 Android smartphone is now available via O2 UK. The handset has a 2.8-inch HVGA touchscreen display, a 140MB of internal memory, a microSD card slot, a 3.0-megapixel camera, a side-sliding QWERTY keyboard, HSDPA, GPS, WiFi, a 3.5mm headset jack and runs on Android 2.2 Froyo OS.
The LG Optimus Chat C550 is priced at 139 GBP (about $224).
LG Optimus Net Pricing Unveiled

The LG Optimus Net gets official through the LG Italy Facebook page. The LG Optimus Net features 3.2 inch (320 x 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen, 800MHz ARM11 processor, 3MP auto focus camera, FM Radio, 150MB Internal memory that is expandable up to 32GB with MicroSD, 512MB RAM, Wi-Fi 802.11 n, Bluetooth, GPS with A-GPS, 1500mAh battery and runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) OS.
The LG Optimus Net is priced at 199 € (US$ 279).
Sprint LG Optimus Slider Picture Unveiled

Here is a leaked picture of the upcoming Sprint LG Optimus Slider. Its codename right now is Gelato Q, the model number is LS700, and the name under which it will end up launching may be LG Optimus Slider. It may even have leaked under the name LG Q last month via Sprint ID. Alongside another device, this time full touch, sans physical QWERTY, the LG Optimus Slider is apparently going to be the successor to the almost-ubiquitous Optimus One. Stay tuned for more updates.
LG announced LG A230 dual-SIM phone

The LG A230 is LG’s brand new dual SIM phone for the Russian market. The handset packs a 1.77-inch screen with 128 x 160 pixels, Bluetooth, MP3 player, FM radio, 1.3MP camera, 25MB of internal memory, and MicroSD card support (up to 8GB). The LG A230 sells for around €63.
